Welcome to our beautiful island, Bømlo, and to our fantastic holiday center, Skipperviks, directly on the sea, in the fishing village of Vika. Bømlo is an island community consisting of more than 1000 large and small islands. The area covered is 247 square km, and the population is around 11000.
People come from all over the world to see the breathtaking nature with its unique flora and exciting geology. And most importantly fishing! On Bømlo you don’t need luck to catch fish. Among the rocks and islets out on the coast you are almost guaranteed fish.

HOW TO GET TO THE ISLAND OF BØMLO
From London Stansted Airport, there are direct flights to Haugesund Airport with low cost airline RYANAIR, 3 times a week.On Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays, which makes it easier to have even a weekend break in our beautiful island of Bømlo and our cosy holiday centre.
Island of Bømlo is within easy reach of Haugesund Airport. The total transfer time is 1 hour.
